4. Client Engagements & Quotes

All paid client engagements are executed under a written quote and project scope agreed upon by both parties before work begins. We do not charge unexpected fees or lock clients into long-term retainers without mutual consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a custom website build, ownership of custom code, design assets, and content produced specifically for your business transfers to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we optimize websites, Google Business Profiles, and AI assistants to maximize visibility and call capture, search engine rankings and call volumes depend on external market conditions, third-party algorithms (such as Google), and local consumer demand. We do not guarantee specific monetary outcomes or algorithmic positions.
